1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing https://rankvank.in or engaging RankVank for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.
2. Services
RankVank provides website development, app development, graphic design, backlink building, guest posting, content writing, and SEO services. The specific scope, timeline, and deliverables for any paid engagement will be defined in a separate written proposal or agreement between RankVank and the client.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide timely access, content, credentials, and feedback reasonably required for RankVank to perform the agreed services. Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines.
4. Payments
Payment terms, including amounts, milestones, and due dates, will be specified in the individual service agreement or invoice issued to the client. Late payments may result in paused work.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, final deliverables created specifically for the client (such as website code, designs, and written content) transfer to the client, except for any pre-existing tools, frameworks, or proprietary processes owned by RankVank.
6. No Guaranteed Rankings
As outlined in our Disclaimer, RankVank does not guarantee specific search rankings, AI-engine citations, or traffic outcomes, as these depend on factors outside our direct control.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement as specified in the individual service agreement. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise specified in a signed client agreement.
